The Balance between structure and fun. Take your freediving level 1 course while you explore the legendary Cenotes and if weather permits surrounding waters in the state of Quintana Roo. When you're not diving you'll stay in the heart of Playa Del Carmen close to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Have local guides show you around one of the most legendary freediving spots in the world while enjoy the slice of paradise on the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico.

• Training dive - A training dive happens on a line and is a great way to practice your newly found freediving skills
• Fun Dive - A fun dive still allows you to exercise and use your new freediving skills, but is more about exploration and sight seeing than reaching certain depths

• Day 5 - Training day/fun dive*
• Day 6 - Depart

*dives can be done in the ocean upon request and if conditions (weather, water, tide) allow
