I conduct most Rescue Diver certification sessions at the renowned Blue Heron Bridge (Phil Foster Park) in Riviera Beach. Parking is free and the park offers shade, restrooms and showers. The water ranges from 6-24 feet deep to explore the site's artificial reefs, pilings, several small shipwrecks and the wide range of sea life that calls this area home.
